Smaller than an average euphonium mute the 5587 SM can be stored in the bell of the euphonium eliminating the need for an extra carry bag. The SM travel mute is designed to be free blowing and extremely resonant in all registers. The volume produced is lower than any other practice and silent mutes available and is ideal to use for warm ups and practice sessions, home practice, in hotel rooms and for warming up without disturbing other musicians.
