Schertler Dyn Gp Set Schertler Dyn Gp Set Sensor Electrodynamics seul DYN - Specially designed to reproduce the wide frequency range and complex sound qualities of the piano, this sensor is available in two models for use with upright and grand pianos. DYN-P, the Piano Model , consists of a single contact microphone. This is generally suitable for uprights or smaller concert pianos. DYN-GP, the Grand Piano Model, includes two microphones that enable sound to be captured from two separate points. This results in a more balanced tone and richer sound. DYN-P/DYN-GP sensors are simple and safe to apply â?? even to the most expensive instruments. The sensor(s) can be attached to the piano using special adhesive putty and positioned accordingly to produce the best possible sound. The overall sound quality and resolution of DYN-P and DYN-GP has already made them a favourite with many sound engineers. Balanced XLR connectors enable direct connection into a microphone input of a studio or stage mixer.
