Two Notes Torpedo Pi-101 Two Notes Torpedo Pi-101 A guitar/bass channel strip dedicated to your guitar/bass preamp The Torpedo PI-101 is composed of the following sound processing sections : -> Power amp simulation with 8 different power amp topologies -> “Miking” section with more than 30 cabs and 8 studio standard micrphones available -> “Post-FX” section, including low cut filter, 5-band EQ, exciter and compressor The Torpedo technology Of course, the PI-101 plugin features the unique Torpedo algorithm originally found on our critically acclaimed VB-101 unit. This advanced technology allows you to : -> virtually move the microphone in front of the speaker cabinet (as you would in a real recording room) -> simulate the sound of a hard driven speaker Capture your sound ! If you already have a favorite speaker cab and microphone, you can measure them thanks to our Torpedo Capture software that will take care of all the processing and will output a TUR file for you to import into the Torpedo PI-101 to instantly find your sound without having to setup the big pile of gear. Note that the PI-101 is also compatible with third party IR libraries. Minimum hardware and software requirements -> 2GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) mono or multi-core processor -> 512 MB of system memory -> 50MB of storage for the application data -> OS Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Seven (32-bits or 64-bits versions) -> OS Apple Mac OSX 10.5 -> Audio interface -> Audio sequencer or plugin host compatible with VST, AU or RTAS plugin formats.
