If you´re like most gigging players, you frequently find yourself on the move and in need a versatile, great sounding and portable drum kit. Gretsch presents the Catalina Club Street Kit. This is no ordinary gigging set-up. The compact sized toms and snare drum feature mahogany shells that offer reliable tone and full projection. But what makes the Street kit unique is the adjustable-depth bass drum that can be expanded an additional 2½ in depth. Opened up, the drum delivers a robust feel with impressive depth and controlled overtones. For a more traditional jazzy sound, simply close the drum using the three adjustment rods. The drums fit easily into two bags (coming July and sold separately). The bass drum is equipped with a built-in cymbal arm and includes a chrome riser.
